EU AI Act: Article 4 – AI Literacy

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to implement measures to promote AI literacy among their staff and third parties. The Commission and Member States support these efforts, particularly SMEs. It does not require guaranteeing a specific level of AI literacy for individuals.
